Transition Services


If you have a disability or a medical condition that may make studying at TAFE difficult for you; Challenger TAFE can help you make the transition from school to TAFE and then TAFE to the community. The Transition Adviser can also assist mature age students who have a disability or medical condition re-enter education. All you have to do is get in touch with our Transition Adviser.

How can the Transition Adviser assist me?

We can assist prospective students with:

  • Career advice
  • TAFE course information
  • Information on TAFE enrolments
  • Referral to Student Support Advisers for assistance whilst studying at TAFE


We can assist current students with:

  • Developing a career pathway into TAFE and then into the community 
  • Information on New Apprenticeships andTraineeships
  • Registration and access to Challenger TAFE CareerConnect job vacancies
  • Further career, education and training information and advice
  • Information and referral to suitable employment or alternative to employment support services
