Traineeships

Traineeships combines structured workplace training with paid employment, Training may be delivered totally in the workplace or some aspects may be delivered at a Registered Training Organisation, such as Challenger TAFE.

Traineeships are available in a wide range of occupations and at varying levels of qualification. They are available on a full-time, part-time, and as school-based. The nominal term of a traineeship will depend on the employment type and will range from 12 months to 3 years for full-time employment.

A Certificate of Competency is awarded on the success completion of a traineeship.
